We are a one stop shop for selling your reining horse. We are able to fit, train, professionally photograph and video your horse, and market them online and in person. We handle the selling process from start to finish so you don’t have to. Once your horse has been accepted into our sales program and delivered to our ranch we will handle everything from there. How It Works

SUBMIT YOUR HORSE
Submit your horse using our form below. We will review your horse's application and get back to you
GIVE US INFO
If your horse is accepted into our sales program we will send you a contract and questionaire to fill out for your horse. You will submit these and send your horse and its original papers with signed transfers to us at the ranch.
*We are also able to pick up horses at shows we are attending.
WE MARKET AND SELL YOUR HORSE
Upon receipt and evaluation of your horse we will put together all marketing materials and handle all aspects of the sale, including contracts and payments
YOU RECEIVE PAYMENT
Once the sale is complete and your horse has been delivered we will send you the proceeds from your sale

OUR FEES
Open and honest billing, no behind the scenes deals or hidden fees.
Fitting and/or training
$800 or $1200/month
Depending on horse and its needs you can place your horse in $800/month fitting or $1200/month training and fitting. This will be discussed and selected by you and Mark.
Farrier and vet
Billed
All farrier and veterinary costs (if any) will be billed seperately by those providers.
Comission
10% of sales price
We charge a 10% commission that will be split with the buyer’s agent (if there is one.) This commission includes all media and advertising. No additional fees unless horse is consigned to a sale. No behind the scenes deals, you will see exactly what your horse sells for and receive your funds once sale is completed.
